Ek khwaish choo lene ki

Saptah ka aakhiri din, shaam ka samay aur film. Ek Software Engineer ka koi aam din. Aise mein mere kisi dost ne Chaand ki yaad dila di, message kiya ' Chk out d moon 2day. Appears like a orange ball in d sky'.

Like a lazy python, I was no more than stagnant water. In a sudden, I ran to the terrace holding my mobile 5mp camera in my hand. I saw the sky, it was gloomy. A gloomy Saturday. I saw the moon. It was mysterious. I focused on it and zoomed to the maximum level, grabbed the picture. To my surprise that gloomy moon appeared like an orange or may be like Mars. I loved it. I thanked my friend.

Normally People do not like to talk about some of the most beautiful things which exist in this world. For sure they will admire high resolution wallpapers but no one will have a look on this beautiful phenomenon. People have HD cameras, but they have lost their vision.

Well it was a bit of surprise for me, somebody talking about moon to a person who spent his last night on terrace, admiring the moon that was playing hide and seek with his younger brothers, the clouds of course.

While milking the moment, I remembered my childhood. Hard to guess the year but it was a little cold night, can be October month. It was a full moon day. In October month, at my native place everyone plays with kites. I, with some of my cousin brothers decided to fly kites on full moon day. I always loved moon. In summer seasons, when there won't be electricity, I will sleep on the terrace; will count as many passing jets, rockets, airplanes, UFOs etc. So I had to spend many nights with stars and moon. I love kites. Even now I have one in my house :-)

Well full moon and kites. It was a complete package. Achanak se ek anonymous vichar mere hridaya mein aaya, socha aaj chaad choote hain(let’s touch the moon). That day, it was a big moon. So, patang udai, dheel diya, hawa bhi acchi thi. Everything was set. It was a good kite. With the winds, it was going straight to the east, where moon was slowly climbing the cloudy curly stairs to reach the sky. How far could I go, there is limit. Threads were not sufficient to touch the lovely moon. I was feeling sad. My kite was flying straight on top with a little of deviation while moon was still climbing up.

I observed, the breeze started getting slow. It reduced the tension of the thread, caused kite to come down slowly. I did not react. I was still thinking, will I be able to touch the moon? Then I saw it, I saw it for a few seconds. My kite was just on the moon. They both overlapped. They were facing each other. It was like kite was resting on a bright star. I got an ultimate feeling of touching the moon. I guess, I jumped to the sky. It was so nice. It was like a conversation went between me and moon " Hello Mr. Moon. Nice meeting you.”

In few seconds, kite went a little more down. The two were segregated. I pulled the thread to bring the kite near the moon. But it did not happen. Sometimes left, sometimes right or sometimes up or down. It never matched.

Itni purani baat, achanak se mujhe yaad aa gai. Shyad main bhool gaya tha is baat ko. Par kahin seene mein dabi thi yah. Ek chote se message ne ise satah pe la diya. Thank you for that.

Zindagi aisi hi hai. Ham apni manzil ke ird-gird hote hain aur hame pata nahi hota. Har waqt haar jane ka dar kuch aise dimag pe chaya rahta hai ki manjil tak pahuchne ka vishwash dgmagata dikhta hai. Aise logo ki zindagi ek kati patang ki tarah lagti hai. In kati patangon ki bhi chand jaisi koi manjil rahi hogi. Par aaj iski koi manjil nahi. hawa ki tarah ise har koi kahin se bhi mod deta hai. Man aisa baawra hai, sochta hai agar kisi ki chhat pe gire toh shyad phir se udd sakoon is aakash mein apni manjil pane ko, warna dariya mein gire toh sagar se mil jana hai ya phir jhadiyon se ulajh kar, kat-phat kar roj aakash ko niharna hai, jahan uski manjil hai. Itne lachar ban gaye hain ham.
